Que tal?! - February 28, 2018

BUENOS DIAS CHICOS!

Time is flying by here in Chile! I am almost done with my training and i am so sad to be leaving my cute comp!

We had a lot of really great things happen this week. Lucie, our haitian with twins, got baptized! Its was so beautiful and me and my comp were just filled with so much happiness.

On Sunday, a man named Jesus just walked in to the chapel and told us that he wants to start taking lessons. He speaks a little english just from watching movies so we really hit it off. When I was bearing my testimony, i started to tear up a little and he came up to me at the end of class and said to me, "Dont cry baby, dont cry." So, Im pretty sure he got that one from footloose. Love him.

Heavenly Father has truly blessed us with so much sucess in these short 12 weeks. (And has truly blessed me and my family for all of my life) I am forever in debt to Him and all of the wonderful people and experiences He has given me. I know I am not perfect, and he does not expect me to be, but if i just try a little harder everyday I know that He is happy with my progress! I have so much trust and confidence in Him that He knows what He is doing with me out here and is guiding me everyday to find the people He has prepared for me. I love how much He loves me, and our investigatores. I cant express just how greatful I am! Gah!

Chistoso/Random momentos para la semana:
A cat was literally stuck in a tree and he saved it!
Thanks to the teachings of Dr. Pulsipher, I was able to diascover a neck deep cavity en la boca de mi compeƱera and we went to the dentist! Ive never felt more at home.

Baptized by Fire - February 21, 2018

Como le va!
We had Cesars baptism this week and it was a really good turn out! Pretty much the whole ward came and just represented.

Lucie breast fed her entire baptismal interview, and still passed! She is so cute, when she was still pregnant, in english she said to me, "Hermana, Pulsipher, I am too big, they wont be able to baptize me" But now, she is so ready and so excited to be baptized! She wasnt allowed to enter any of the churches in Haiti because she was pregant without being married first. She named her babies after our ward mission leader and just loves this gospel with all her heart! Its gonna be lit.

Yesterday, at lunch with this little viejita in our ward, she showed us the whole movie Anastasia. Then for dessert she dug out some belly dancing videos. Live love my life here. Its truly such an adventure everyday out here in Santiago Chile Surrrr!

Have a great week my LOVES! Jesus loves ya!

AY MI COROZON - February 15, 2018

My heart has been so full this week!

Elder Christopherson and Elder Brag visited our mission this week! We had a conference with them yesterday and my favorite part was toalways to remeber to be "Sweetly Bold" with our words when testifying of this message! QUE GENIAL, CIERTO? It was my first time meeting an apostle and wow, you can just tell from their presence, and sweet voices that they are truly called from God.

On monday, my heart was beating out of my chest all day from feeling my Saviors love so strongly for me! It is truly the best feeling in the world. How cool is it that wecan feel the comfort form our Savior, just one prayer away. Pray always!! Your Father in Heaven wants to talk to you and keep tabs in your life!!

Our investigator Cesar who just returned form efy is getting baptized this friday! The whole ward is coming, and were so involved in helping make this happen! What an amzing plan Padre Celestial has in store for each one of His children. I am so grateful for the life i have been given and the plan He has in store for me and the life I am living right now!

Highlights: Apparently I have a cousin here in the mission?? An elder i have never met inmy life came up to me at the conference and informed me of the family history we share together! MISH.

One of our members has parrots as a pet, so of course we asked tohold them.

My trainer/ comp thought it would be really funny to ding dong ditch every puerta on our way home last night. I love her so much, Im so not ready for cambios in a couple of weeks.

Homecoming!

Sarah returns from a successful mission! Well done though good and faithful servant!! We are so proud of you...
